Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please have your order number and the date of when you placed your order available. If your products have already been delivered, please see our returns policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is in a fully resalable condition. Products should be returned in the original, undamaged packaging within 7 days.
If a returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, Kiowa Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund.

- Order number
- Stock number
- Reason for return
- Whether a replacement or refund is required
2. You will then be issued with a RRQ number. A returned product will not be accepted without a Kiowa RRQ number.
3. Returns can be made by the following options:
Via the customers' courier service
- Collection by Kiowa Ltd if we originally delivered the items
- Via the trade counter - return the item with the 'Despatch Note' to receive an exchange or a credit.
Please note: Kiowa Ltd will refund the price of the item to the buyer or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Due to the technical nature of some of our products, goods returned as faulty may have to undergo extensive testing. This may delay the acceptance of the return and any subsequent credit or exchange. Customers seeking continuity of supply can purchase a replacement immediately and then the cost of any goods deemed faulty by Kiowa Ltd will then be credited to compensate the new purchase.

A 20% restocking change will be made in respect of current stock items returned as incorrectly ordered by the customer.
Made to Order Products
Kiowa Ltd will not accept the return of any goods specially ordered or manufactured to the customer's requirements.
