Change or canceling an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order our Sales team by email or telephone us on +44 (0) 1529 415551 any time between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Track your order

If you wish to track an order you should contact our Sales team by email or telephone us on +44 (0) 1529 415551 any time between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  On-line order tracking will become available following the launch of our next generation site software.

Your purchase history

 If you wish to discuss yur order history you should contact our Sales team by email or telephone us on +44 (0) 1529 415551 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  On-line order history will be available in the near future.

Returns procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

A 20% restocking charge will be made in respect of current stock items returned as incorrectly ordered by the Customer.  The Company will not accept return of any Goods specially ordered or manufactured to the customers requirement.

In the first instance, you should contact our Sales team by email or telephone +44 (0) 1529 415551.  The following information will be required:  Your Order Number, Stock Number, The reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is required.  You will then be issued with a CS number.  A return will not be accepted without an official Kiowa CS number.

Returns can be made through either of these options:

1.  Returns via Customers courier.  A collection service is available in the designated Kiowa Free Delivery area. (Available only to Account Customers.)

2.  Returns via Kiowa Ltd Trade Counter

Return the item you wish to exchange or receive a credit along with the 'Despatch Note' to Kiowas' trade counter.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


Due to the technical nature of some of our products, goods returned as faulty may have to undergo extensive teats, this may delay the acceptance of the return and any subsequent credit or exchange.  Customers seeking continuity of supply can purchase a replacement immediately, the cost of any goods deemed faulty by Kiowa will then be credited to compensate the new purchase.  Click here to view a PDF of our returns procedure.

Refund policy

1: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items incorrectly ordered.

2: The Company will not accept return of any Goods specially ordered or manufactured

to the customers requirements.

Delivery charge

We will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is faulty or damaged.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, we are unable to sell it to another customer. In respect of made-to-order products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged. *
