Product Searching
There are several ways of searching for products on the Kiowa web-site:
You can drill-down using the pictures or use the navigation tree on the left hand side of the site. Both of these methods will lead you through a pre-determined path designed to help you make choices which will lead you to the product that best matches your application.
You will also find a search field to the right of the Indian head. You can search by product, metric details, key words such as the prodcut type, or our product code.
Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles and product codes currently on the website. You can search in broad terms such as Hose, or be more precise such as Heavy Duty Hose or Hose Clips.
A generic term such as ‘Elbow’ may return far too many results for you to sift through; however, if you put in ‘Brass Elbow’, then you’ll get a much more refined result to look at.
You’ll get most precise results by searching for a stock code, which you may have obtained from our catalogue. If you wish to receive a copy then please email our Sales Team (including your Contact details) or telephone us on +44 (0) 1529 415551 any time between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Your basket: Your basket will appear once you have added a product to it. The basket sits on the right-hand side of your screen on the navigation bar. It shows you the number of items you have in your basket.

Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'Checkout' link in your basket.
If you have not already registered or logged on you will be asked to, so that we can obtain your delivery details. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You'll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery if you are already logged on.
If you have already registered online with Kiowa, simply enter your email address and password.
At checkout, you can review and amend your order details. (For account customers a purchase order number can be entered here if required.)
When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’process payment’ button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
